Today, I am thrilled to share with you one of the most popular and versatile recipes—Keto Guacamole. Since it’s low-carb and rich in healthy fats, it is ideal for the keto diet. It is super easy to make using a few nutrient-dense ingredients. Plus, you can even customize it according to your taste.
Add finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice for a refreshing tang. To prepare, mash 2-3 avocados in a bowl, leaving some texture.
The star of the recipe is, of course, the Avocado! It is a gem ingredient for keto diet followers like me. Packed with fiber, healthy monounsaturated fats, and vital vitamins, such as potassium, avocados are my go-to for quick keto-friendly breakfast recipes.
You can enjoy them as a healthy snack or a side dish. So Let’s get into the recipe here:
Keto Guacamole Recipe

- 5 grams Cilantro/Coriander
- 50 grams Tomato
- 50 grams Onion
- 1 Tsp Lime juice
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin (Optional)
- 1 Clove garlic (Optional)

- Begin by cutting the avocado in half and removing its seed carefully. Take out the flesh vertically and horizontally in the form of cubes. It’s easier to scoop out cubes using a spoon.
- Add avocado flesh into a large bowl and add seasoning - a pinch of salt along with cumin power. Mix it gently until it turns into the desired texture.
- Now add other ingredients – chopped tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
- If you want to add jalapenos and garlic, mix them too. Mash and blend everything as per your desired texture.
- Now, your keto guacamole is ready to be served.
