This Keto Frittata is a game-changer – it’s low in carbs, has no sugar, and tastes unbelievably finger-licking good. Imagine a blend of wholesome ingredients coming together in a velvety, creamy mixture that’s beyond your expectations.
After a weekend of experimenting in the kitchen, I’ve discovered the secret to turning mundane mornings into a burst of amazing flavors that have turned my family into die-hard fans.
This frittata is rich in healthy fats, protein, and essential vitamins, making it an ideal keto-friendly option for sustained energy. Pour into a greased skillet and cook on low heat until into the oven for a golden fluffy finish.
It combines fresh spinach, eggs, heavy cream, cheese, and aromatic seasonings to create a flavorful and satisfying meal, let’s dive into the keto recipe here:-
Keto Spinach Frittata Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Slices Bacon
- 240 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Butte
- 100 grams Baby Spinach
- 240 grams Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 6 large Eggs
- 60 grams Heavy Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 180 degree C/356F.
- Now, take a cast-iron frying pan and heat it over a high heat over a gas top.
- Dice the bacon and add to the pan. Sauté it for 4 minutes, then add butter.
- Later, add mushrooms and sauté for 3 more minutes.
- Toss in spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Turn off the heat.
- Sprinkle cheddar over sautéed ingredients.
- Now take a mixing bowl and whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and then place it in the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
- Take out of the oven, slice into four pieces, and serve.
Notes
First, make, sauté fresh spinach in olive oil or butter with garlic until wilted. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in the spinach and shredded cheese like cheddar or feta.
