The thought alone transports you to a busy Thai street market, isn’t it? But what if I tell you you don’t have to go to Thailand for such soul-satisfying soup, as you can easily prepare it at home? Today, I’m sharing with you an easy-to-make keto-friendly Thai Chicken Soup recipe that’s not just comforting but also keeps you on track with your Ketogenic Diet.
This healthy soup is a wholesome meal for times whenever you are craving a warm and healthy protein-rich meal. The best part is that it takes just 30 minutes to prepare. So, there’s no need to spend hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive/coconut oil – as per your preference)
- 1 medium chopped jalapeño
- 700gms chicken breasts or thighs
- 6 cups chicken bone broth
- 1/4 medium chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp green curry paste
- 400ml canned coconut milk
- 1 medium sliced red pepper
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 600gms Zoodles (spiralized zucchini)
- 4gms chopped cilantro
- 1 lime
Instructions:
- Take a large saucepan and put avocado/olive/coconut oil until it’s heated. Now, add onions and saute until it turns translucent.
- 2. Add curry paste, jalapeño and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute.
- Now, add the chicken broth along with coconut milk. Keep stirring the mixture until everything blends well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and turn the flame to medium. Add red bell pepper, fish sauce, and chicken.
- Let it cook for around 5 minutes and after that stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Add zoodles into a few soup bowls and put soup over it.
- The hot soup will make zoodles tender enough to eat without any rawness.
- Serve the hot bowl of soup with squeezed lime for a zesty flavor.
