Like many others, I faced numerous challenges when I transitioned to a Keto diet, and one of the toughest hurdles was giving up desserts. It felt like I was missing out every time there was a special occasion or celebration. Avoiding such events, especially in a vibrant place like Shimla, was not a sustainable solution.
I knew I had to find a way to satisfy my sweet tooth without derailing my progress. This realization sparked my curiosity and creativity in the kitchen, leading me to embark on a journey of experimenting with various ingredients.
I’m thrilled to share with you a compilation of the best Keto dessert recipes that I’ve discovered and indulged in during my culinary adventures. These recipes have been carefully curated and tested in my food lab to ensure they not only align with the principles of a Keto diet but also deliver on taste and satisfaction.

- 2 Fresh Green Chilies Chopped

- 2 tbsp Grounded Almonds

10. Keto Coconut Barfi
Here’s Keto Coconut Barfi, is a simple Indian dessert. This dessert is often made at Indian festivals. It is a popular sweet which is made with sugar, coconut, and milk. I have given it my twist and the final dish is very satisfying. The barfi is creamy, soft and very close to the original.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 gms Desiccated Unsweetened Dry Coconut
- 115ml Dabur Homemade Coconut Milk
- 6 tsp Melted Ghee
- 1/4th tsp Saffron Strands
- 1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Powder
- Stevia, start with half a cup and then adjust according to your taste.
11. Keto Cocoa Fat Bombs
The fat bombs have a very smooth texture, they taste like chocolate. Make them now and store them in your freezer. Each fat bomb has 1g carb, so you can pop one any time you feel hungry, mushy, happy, sad.

- 4 tbsp Patanjali Edible Coconut Oil
- 75 gms Unsalted Organic butter

13. Keto Choco Chip Cookies
Try my Keto Choco Chip Cookies today and very soon there will be a batch in your fridge always. You also do not need many elaborate ingredients for it. It is super Keto, and if you want you can skip the Choco chips and make them plain too.

- 20 gms Desiccated Coconut Unsweetened
- 3/4th cup Fresh Ground Almond Flour

15. Keto Lemon Cheesecake
Here’s the recipe of my Keto Lemon Cheesecake. The recipe makes a big cake, which can feed to a party of six to eight adults. You are looking at 6g carbs per slice, which is a very impressive number.

- 100 gm Fresh Homemade Cottage Cheese / Paneer
- 150 gm Greek Yogurt / Hung Whole Milk Curd
- 2 eggs
