Today, I have a chicken recipe from my cookbook that is easy and quick to make. It will become your favorite chicken recipe for satisfying your cravings.
Give my Keto Chicken Wings a shot – they’re not only delicious and crispy, but also destined to be a dinner table favorite. Make sure to make plenty, especially for family gatherings or parties, because they’ll disappear in no time.
The magic ingredient to crispy wings is a basic seasoning rub that gives it amazing flavor and the crispiest skin. I baked them instead of frying, so you don’t have to bother about the grease from frying. They are easy to make too!
Let’s dive into a delightful journey of taste without compromising your commitment to a Keto lifestyle!
Serves | 6 people |
Prep time | 10 minutes |
Cook time | 55 minutes |
Ingredients
For Bagel Seasoning
Poppy Seeds | 2 tablespoons |
Sesame Seeds | 2 tablespoons |
Dried Onion Flakes | 1 tablespoon |
Himalayan Pink Salt | 2 teaspoons |
Dried Minced Garlic | 1 teaspoon |
For Chicken Wings
Chicken Wings (trimmed and separated into wingettes and drumettes) | 1.30 g |
Butter (melted) | 3 tablespoons |
Everything Bagel Seasoning | 3 tablespoons |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F (204.44 °C).
- In a little bowl, mix poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, salt, and garlic. You can store this seasoning in a closed container for up to 3 months.
- Arrange the chicken wing pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until the wings turn golden and crispy, around 40 to 45 minutes. Once done, take them out of the oven and transfer the wings to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the wings, then stir or toss to ensure the wings are coated in the butter. Sprinkle bagel seasoning over the wings and shake to evenly coat them.
- Enjoy!
Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When reheating, warm 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wings and cook until they’re crisp and heated through, approximately 2 minutes per side. — Priya Dogra.

That’s a good observation, you can toast them and sprinkle over once the wings are ready.
