Keto Chicken/Broccoli Stir Fry is one of my favorite (and easiest) dishes to make during weeknights when I want to eat something light but tasty. Today I have got you a recipe that is a great meal if you have a diet regime, whether Keto or non-Keto.
This Keto Chicken/Broccoli Stir Fry is a great way to have fun with food and make dinner more exciting. It is a super easy recipe where you cook chicken and broccoli together in one pot with a tasty sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Heat a generous amount of olive oil, avocado oil, or ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.
It promises a burst of tantalizing flavors and proves that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean sacrificing taste. The best part is that it requires minimal effort, 20 minutes of your time, and just one pan to clean up.

Ketogenic Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
- Red chilli flakes and spring Onion Greens 200 gram
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- Broccoli Florets 200 gram
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce/ Coconut Aminos (if you are strict on Keto Diet)
- Red chilli flakes and spring Onion Greensfor garnishing
- Salt to taste
- Pepper (grounded) to taste
Instructions
Method
- Marinate the chicken pieces with a mix of salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil, then add the chicken pieces. Cook on high heat until the chicken turns brown. Take it out and set it aside.
- In the same pan, put in ginger and garlic. Toss in broccoli florets and cook until they are tender but still a bit crisp.
- Feel free to include green and red bell peppers and mushrooms for added flavor and variety.
- Add the chicken back into the pan and give it a good toss.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos. Pour this mixture into the pan.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Toss everything on high flame for a quick couple of seconds to keep it crispy.
- Sprinkle some red chili flakes and chopped spring onion greens as a garnish.Enjoy it hot.

This stir-fry is a perfect blend of high-quality protein from the chicken and fiber-rich, low-carb broccoli, which supports satiety and digestion.
