I have an absolutely delightful Ketogenic recipe to share with you today that will leave both vegetarians and non-vegetarians craving more. Prepare yourself for the incredible flavors of my Keto compatible Cauliflower Tikka Masala. It’s a dish that I recently cooked for my family, and let me tell you, it was a huge hit!

Keto Cauliflower Tikka Masala Recipe
Equipment

Ingredients
- 1 640 g head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
To Make Sauce
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter or virgin coconut oil
- ½ 95g white onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6g tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups crushed tomatoes (360 g)
- ½ cup water (120 ml)
- ½ cup coconut cream or heavy whipping cream (120 ml)
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
Instructions
- Take a large pan and toss the cauliflower florets in a that with the oil and spices.
- Once tossed, arrange the cauliflower florets onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Then put them into the oven to bake for 30 minutes until they get tender.
- While cauliflower is baking, prepare the sauce. Heat the butter in a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Now, add in the onion, garlic, and ginger into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the onion starts to caramelize.
- After that add in the spices and cook the mix for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Now, pour in the tomatoes, water, and cream and cook the blend on simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Once the cauliflower is done add it to the pan with sauce. Toss to mix them well.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
