Keto Avocado Egg Salad is a creamy, nutritious a low-carb lifestyle. Combine chopped boiled eggs with mashed avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium diced ripe avocados
  • 6 large boiled eggs
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs and then peel and dice them nicely. Now, put the diced eggs in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Add avocados to the eggs and mix well. The avocados will turn creamier as you stir them with eggs.
  • Now, squeeze half the lemon over the eggs and add onion, dill, pepper, and salt into it. Stir well again to blend the mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
