Ingredients
- 130 grams Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Coffee Grounds
- 64 grams Cocoa Powder
- 96 grams Granular Monk fruit Sweetener or Stevia powder or sweetener of your choice
- 130 grams Almond Butter
- 32 grams Melted Butter
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 120 grams Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips, optional
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, coffee grounds, cocoa powder, and monk fruit.
- Add in the almond butter, melted butter and beaten eggs and stir until smooth. The mixture should be thick.
- Add in the chocolate chips.
- Place lightly greased parchment paper in an 8×8 baking pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 20–22 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
