This is a guilt-free yet delicious dessert recipe that you can make within 5 minutes. The avocados provide a creamy texture to the pudding. On the other hand, monk fruit sweetener and cocoa powder add to its yummy chocolaty flavor that I love.

The base of the pudding is ripe avocado, a keto staple known for its creamy texture and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. For an extra flavor twist, add a pinch of cinnamon or a dash of espresso powder. That recipe satisfies your sweet cravings while keeping you on track with your keto diet.

  • Knife and cutting board To cut and pit the avocados.
  • Refrigerator Chill the pudding before serving for the best texture and taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados large (or 4 medium-sized avocados)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or more (as per your preferred thickness)
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener or any other sweetener you like

Instructions

  • Cut avocado and scoop out its flesh in a processor jar.
  • Now add all the ingredient into the jar, close the lid, and blend it. You have to blend it well until it forms a perfect creamy texture.
  • Now, adjust almond milk or extra sweetener, if required, as per your taste.
